As a nonprofit organization, Tonhain Kollektiv relies on the support of our audience, as well as our funders and donors. This year, we have once again launched a fundraising campaign on Betterplace. The funding landscape remains challenging, and a significant part of our work depends on private donations and the support of our funders.
Our goal: €5,000 for the 2026/27 season.
With your support, we can provide fair fees for the artists involved and cover essential production costs such as audio and video recordings as well as GEMA licensing fees. Every contribution - large or small - helps us realize our programs at a high artistic level and continue developing Tonhain Kollektiv as an independent home for innovative chamber music in Berlin.
As a thank-you, our supporters receive different rewards depending on the donation amount, including access to the HD video archive of our third season, a limited Season 3 CD, an invitation to our Donor Gala Concert, an exclusive photo album, and, for donations of €1,000 or more, a private house concert with artists from Tonhain Kollektiv. Sunday, November 1 at 5:00 PM: Carte Blanche - Tonhain Kollektiv × Trio Incendio
For this special evening, we welcome Trio Incendio, one of the most promising young piano trios of its generation. Founded in Prague in 2016, the ensemble has already appeared at major European venues including Philharmonie Berlin, Wigmore Hall, and Rudolfinum Prague.
Together with musicians of Tonhain Kollektiv, we embark on a musical journey through turn-of-the-century Europe: Claude Debussy’s rarely performed Piano Trio in G major meets Gabriel Fauré’s Piano Quartet No. 1 and Alexander Glazunov’s String Quintet – three works spanning French Impressionism and Russian late-Romanticism, united by a search for new colors and forms of expression at the threshold of the twentieth century.
